Your email address is collected when you create an account or log in using our magic link login system.

Why We Collect It

We collect your personal information only for the purposes of delivering the product or service you have purchased or enquired about. Specifically, we use it to send you digital product download links after a purchase, to carry out done-for-you services such as Google Business Profile refurbs and SEO audits using the business details you provide, to respond to contact form enquiries and free audit requests, to manage your account and send you login links when you request them, and to communicate with you about your order or service delivery.

We do not use your personal information for advertising, we do not sell it to third parties, and we do not add you to any mailing lists without your consent.

Who We Share It With

We share your information only with the following third party services that are necessary to operate our business.

Stripe handles payment processing and receives your payment details and billing information when you make a purchase. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/au/privacy. Resend is used to send transactional emails including download links, order confirmations, and login links. Their privacy policy is at resend.com/privacy. Your purchased digital files are stored and delivered via Cloudflare R2. Their privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep It

We retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to deliver the service you have purchased and to comply with any applicable legal obligations. If you would like your information deleted, please contact us at calsseo26@gmail.com and we will action your request promptly.
