Who These Terms Apply To

These terms of service apply to all purchases and use of services provided by CalsSEO, operated by Callan, Queensland, Australia. By purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us at calsseo26@gmail.com.

Our Products and Services

CalsSEO offers digital products including SEO workbooks, handbooks, and starter kits that are delivered as downloadable PDF files after purchase. We also offer done-for-you services including Google Business Profile refurbs, SEO audit reports, and local SEO packages that are delivered via email within the stated timeframe. Our online courses cover SEO topics for small business owners and are accessible through your CalsSEO account.

All products and services are described in detail on the relevant product pages. Please read those descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We do not store your payment details.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered via an email download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Download links expire 48 hours after they are sent. It is your responsibility to download your file within that window. If you experience any issue with your download link, contact us at calsseo26@gmail.com and we will resend it.

Done-for-you services are delivered within the timeframe stated on the product page — typically 48 hours from receipt of your completed intake form. Delivery times begin once we have received all required information from you, not from the time of payment.

Refunds

Our refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law. Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

For digital products: if you are unable to access or download your file after purchase, or if the file is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly — either by resending the file or issuing a refund where appropriate.

For done-for-you services: if we have not yet commenced work on your order, we will consider a refund request on a case by case basis. Once work has begun using the information you have provided in your intake form, we are unable to offer a refund as time and resources have already been committed to your order.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Purchasing a product and deciding you no longer want it, or finding a similar product elsewhere at a different price, does not constitute grounds for a refund.

We do not offer refunds based on expected outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control including your website, industry, competition, and Google's algorithm. Our products and services provide guidance, tools, and done-for-you work — they do not guarantee specific search rankings.

If you have a genuine concern about a purchase, please contact us at calsseo26@gmail.com before raising a dispute. We are always willing to have a straight conversation about any issue.

Intellectual Property

All content sold by CalsSEO — including workbooks, handbooks, audit reports, course materials, and all written content within them — remains the intellectual property of CalsSEO. You may use purchased materials for your own personal or business use but you may not reproduce, resell, share, or distribute them in any form without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CalsSEO's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
